 I am extremely disappointed with this supplier. I ordered 4.5" x 10" filters with 1" NPT threads, as clearly advertised. However, the product they shipped was entirely different and of lower quality. They never confirmed this change with me beforehand. When I raised concerns, they provided excuses, claiming the issue was discovered only after shipment, even though I pointed out the error multiple times prior to dispatch. Instead of resolving the issue, they attempted to justify the problem by mentioning pricing and offered discounts for future purchases instead of addressing the current order. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take responsibility is unacceptable. This transaction has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted both my time and resources. I would strongly advise against working with this supplier if you are looking for reliability, quality, and transparent communication. Look elsewhere for a trustworthy business partner.
